How to Book your Holiday
Booking by phone
If you prefer you can make your booking over the telephone by calling 017687 75337 during office hours.
Normally we can arrange your booking straight away, and then all you have to do is look forward to your trip. However, you will be asked to provide your passport details along with your insurance information.

We have a standard holiday deposit structure at €150.00 per person for all of our activity holidays. |

We operate a strict policy on balance payments and you must ensure that the balance is forwarded at least 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If payment is not made by the due invoice date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply a cancellation charge. |

What happens after I've booked my holiday? |
Once we receive your deposit and booking form, a ‘Confirmation of Booking’ invoice will be sent to you.
The final payment amount and its due date will be shown on your invoice. In the unusual event that a later surcharge is applicable to your holiday, an amended invoice will be sent to you no later than ten weeks prior to departure. Should there be any significant changes to your holiday from the advertised arrangements, we will advise you either upon booking or as soon as possible thereafter. |

Travel Insurance |
| Appropriate travel insurance is mandatory for all clients travelling with Alps Mountain Holidays. You must also advise any existing medical conditions to your insurers and ensure that you have written confirmation that such conditions are fully insured and take a copy of your insurance policy with you on your holiday. Alps Mountain Holidays recommend Snowcard Insurance. |

Flight Arrangements |
Our holidays are 'Land Only' packages and you will need to arrange your own flights; however, you must ensure that your trip is 'Guaranteed' to run or is at 'Limited' status prior to purchasing tickets. We will also contact you once your trip is guaranteed and we will require full flight information including airline, flight number, arrival/departure times once your flights are booked.
